sweetbaby is an LA-based duo with an inclination to make the happiest songs from the saddest places. The pair is comprised of TRACE and Ryan Daniel Hughes, who are two friends with a naturally formed musical connection, thanks to countless hours working together on TRACE's solo projects. Having steered through their individual journeys as artists, their desire is to make something meaningful, but fun, nostalgic, but new. As a result, this project is wildly influenced by the 00’s era of indie music. sweetbaby doesn’t take themselves seriously, but is absolutely sincere about the songs they make.
